Is the preview really free?+
Yes. It's a real, focused version of your site built around your actual business—not a template with your logo dropped in. If it feels right, we finish it and launch. If it doesn't, you've lost nothing.
Will the assistant quote prices to my customers?+
Never. It doesn't give prices and it can't commit you to anything. It gathers the details and tells the customer you'll be in touch. Pricing stays where it belongs—with you.
Will customers know they're not talking to me?+
Yes. It introduces itself as your online assistant. No pretending and no fake names. The purpose is to respond quickly and collect the useful details before you call.
Does this replace my phone?+
No. It makes the time before the phone call far more useful—you call back with the address, the job and the urgency already in front of you.
What if I stop paying the monthly fee?+
You won't be locked in. Once your launch fee is paid, you can continue using the finished site. If you leave managed hosting, I'll provide the agreed site files and reasonable help moving them, subject to the platform you choose.
What counts as emergency support?+
A site that's down, a broken enquiry flow, or anything else stopping the site doing its main job. New pages, redesigns and substantial copy changes are separate work.
What happens after the three founding places?+
The complete launch moves to the standard €1,300 price. Your written proposal will always confirm the price before work begins.
Is this only for van-based businesses?+
No. BusyVan suits any local, high-value service where speed and trust help decide who gets the job. The name just stuck.
