These terms apply between BusyVan and the business purchasing the services (“you”). The services are intended for business use. By accepting a proposal, paying an invoice or asking us to begin agreed work, you confirm that you have authority to act for the business.
The service
Your written proposal will confirm the agreed scope. A typical BusyVan launch may include a focused one-page website, an assistant that answers enquiries immediately, Google Business Profile cleanup, mobile-first setup and launch assistance. Anything not described in the proposal—such as extra pages, custom integrations, advertising, photography, copywriting beyond the agreed allowance or major redesign—is additional work.
Preview and project process
A free preview is a focused concept intended to show the direction of the work. It is not a finished or production-ready website. If you proceed, you must provide accurate services, service areas, prices, photos, testimonials, policies and other requested materials. Timelines depend on receiving those materials and feedback promptly.
Launch pricing
The founding rate is €500 for the first three customers who accept their written proposal and make the first agreed payment. Once those three places are taken, the standard launch price is €1,300. Unless a proposal says otherwise, third-party subscriptions, domain registration, advertising spend and usage-based messaging or AI charges are not included.
A place is not reserved by requesting a preview. All fees, instalments and due dates will be shown in the proposal or invoice. BusyVan is not currently VAT registered, so VAT is not added while that remains the case. Any future change in tax status will be stated clearly in the applicable proposal and invoice.
Monthly care options
Managed by BusyVan — €50 per month
This month-to-month option includes managed hosting, routine maintenance and updates, maintenance of the agreed enquiry assistant, a plain-English performance report and reasonable direct support. New features, substantial design or copy changes, and third-party usage charges are separate.
Customer-controlled — available on request
If you would rather host and edit the site yourself, ask us about the self-managed option. Where ChatGPT Sites is available to you, we can provide a compatible project for you to host and manage in your own workspace. You control access, hosting, routine edits and your relationship with OpenAI. Your plan, usage, domain and other third-party charges are paid directly by you. Any BusyVan support and associated fees will be confirmed in writing.
ChatGPT Sites is a third-party service in public beta and its availability, limits and features can depend on plan, region and workspace settings. BusyVan does not control those terms or guarantee that the service will remain available in its current form.
Review of introductory prices
The €50 managed-care rate is introductory and may be reviewed. An agreed change will apply only prospectively, after reasonable written notice. If you do not accept a revised recurring price, you may end the affected monthly service before the revised price takes effect, subject to paying amounts already due.
Customer responsibilities
You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of content, claims, prices, licences, photos and testimonials you supply. You must review and approve the site before launch, protect account credentials, maintain control of your domain and promptly tell us about errors or security concerns. You must not use the service for unlawful, misleading, harmful or abusive activity.
Leads and personal information
You decide how customer enquiries are used and are responsible for having an appropriate lawful basis, privacy notice, retention approach and response process. Where BusyVan processes lead information for you, we will act only on your documented instructions, subject to law. If required, the parties will enter an appropriate data-processing agreement.
Ownership and handover
You keep ownership of materials you supply. You won't be locked in. Once all launch fees are paid, you can continue using the final approved website deliverables for your business. If you leave managed hosting, BusyVan will provide the agreed site files and reasonable help moving them, subject to the capabilities, export options and terms of the platform you choose.
BusyVan retains ownership of its pre-existing methods, reusable components, know-how and tools, while giving you the rights needed to use the completed site. Third-party software, fonts, services and content remain subject to their own licences.
Availability and support
We aim to provide a reliable service but do not promise uninterrupted availability. Hosting providers, domain services, email, messaging, AI services and other third parties may experience outages or change their products. Support response times are best-efforts unless a written proposal states a specific service level.
Cancellation and termination
Managed care is month-to-month. You may cancel by giving written notice before your next billing date, unless a proposal states a different commitment. Paid launch work, completed milestones and third-party costs are not refundable merely because you change your mind. Either party may end the agreement for a serious breach that is not corrected within a reasonable period after written notice. We may suspend a service immediately where necessary for security, illegality or non-payment.
Liability
BusyVan does not guarantee search rankings, enquiry volumes, customer response rates or business revenue. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited. Subject to that, neither party will be liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, loss of opportunity or loss caused by third-party platforms. BusyVan’s total liability arising from the services will not exceed the fees paid by you to BusyVan for the affected service during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.
General
If part of these terms is unenforceable, the remaining terms continue. A delay in enforcing a right is not a waiver. You may not transfer the agreement without our written consent; BusyVan may use subcontractors and remains responsible for its obligations. These terms and the accepted proposal form the agreement between the parties for the services described.
Governing law and contact
